My professional career has been spent in cinema management, teaching English in Spain and Qatar, and twenty years in the civil service. I have taught genre at the Central Film School, and taught film appreciation for adults at Stratford Circus for seven years.
I have been the chapel attendant at a number of crematoria and cemeteries in London and have officiated at many services as celebrant. I aim to combine empathy and tact with professionalism in all I do.
Peter has practiced for over thirty years at the criminal bar and is well acquainted with stressful and demanding scenarios, as well as the consequent need for empathy and understanding to cope in such situations.
He is also used to composing relevant and succinct submissions as a consequence and due to his experience as a defence barrister, to summarising the life story of those facing a life changing future.

Sandra's natural warmth comes through at every meeting and helps families to relax while in her company and feel comfortable about giving the information that is needed to make the forthcoming ceremony truly individual and personal. Having gained more than ten years experience working within the funeral industry I am extremely well placed to offer practical advice whenever a family is faced with arranging their loved one's funeral service. Organising a religious, semi-religious or non-religious funeral service is very much a personal choice and I am fully conversant with any style. My policy is to meet every family prior to the funeral and discuss the detail of someone's life. Once I have completed a personalised script I then make a courtesy call to ensure that its contents are correct. I write with a passion and I know the importance of helping families find closure.
